Where are you located, and do you have a showroom?
We're an online store: there's no showroom and no local pickup — that's a deliberate model. Instead of a trip to a showroom, we bring a tile sample to your home in roughly 2 days: your own light shows the shade more honestly than sales-floor lamps do.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, including the U.S. We send samples by courier to any city and any country; transit usually takes about 2 days — a manager will confirm the exact time for your country when you order. Delivery time and cost for the main order depend on the country and on what's in the order — a manager calculates them before you pay. More on the terms is on the payment and delivery page.
How can I be sure of the quality before buying?
Order a sample — a cut piece of the tile about 5.5×5.5 in — and check the color, texture and sheen in your own light. All our tile is first quality from Italian and Spanish factories: the order arrives in one shade and one caliber, with no mixed grades. And if tile breaks during delivery, we replace the broken pieces free of charge.
