What language can I write in?
Our support language is English: write to us in English at sale@tileforyou.eu. A couple of simple sentences is plenty — attach a link or a photo of the tile, and the manager will figure it out.
How fast do you reply?
Emails are answered by a manager, so replies come during business hours — Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 (CET). Write any time — we'll get back to you during our next business hours.
Can I come see the tile in person — is there an office or showroom?
TileForYou is an online store, so there is no showroom to visit. But you can still see the tile in person without traveling: order a sample — a cut piece of tile about 5.5×5.5 in. A courier will bring it in about 2 days to any city and country, and you'll check the color and texture under your own lighting — the very light the tile will live in later, not the lamps of a showroom floor.
