Questions and answers
What should I put in the request?
The room and the job, what you like — style, color, an image or a link to a reference — your budget per sq ft, and the delivery city. Don't want to bother with formalities — just write it as is, the manager will ask the questions. The "Send a request" button opens an email with a ready cheat sheet.
How much does the selection cost?
Nothing — you only pay for the tile you decide to buy. The image of how the selection looks in an interior is included in the free selection. The only thing discussed separately is a detailed visualization of your specific room from its plan and dimensions — the manager will set out the terms in advance, no hidden charges.
How fast will you send the selection?
The first option — usually within a business day. After that we refine it together: tell us what's off — and we'll rework it until it becomes your interior.
I'm a designer. What's in it for me?
Saving hours on material selection. From a render or a brief we'll select tile for every surface, put together a set from different factories in Italy and Spain, and give options within budget — and deliver samples to you or straight to your client. The decision is always yours: we send options, we don't push them.
What if I don't like the selection?
Tell us what's off — the manager will rework the options: a different shade, format, factory or a cheaper look-alike. The sample makes the final call: order tile samples from your selection, check them in your own light — and order the batch without a second thought.
